Below are the answers to commonly asked questions by our customers :
What if it rains on my scheduled lawn mowing day?
If we are delayed due to rain, we will make an effort to come out later in the day, if possible, or the next available day depending on the weather conditions. Sometimes, we may be rained out an entire day and it may us take a day to get back on schedule. This could inhibit us from servicing your lawn, even though it did not technically rain on your specific service day.
If it rains on Friday, will you come out on Saturday?
Yes, we will be there as soon as conditions are suitable to service the lawn.
What if I want my lawn skipped during a specific week?
Please notify us via email that you would like your lawn skipped but please give us at least 24 hours notice for scheduling purposes.
How will 3 Sticks Lawn Care bill me?
Invoices are sent out immediately after completion of the majority of services we offer, except for the lawn maintenance service which is billed on a monthly interval. Invoices and statements are sent via email. We have found this is a more efficient method over sending paper invoices via snail mail.
How can I make a payment?
Currently, cash or check are the payment options available. Most of our clients use the Bill Pay system through their bank to send checks. There is $30 service fee for any check that does not clear the bank.
What is the best way to contact us?
Phone or Email is the best way to get in contact with us during the day and after hours via email. You can even send us a text message if that is easier for you.
What are your hours of operation and contact information?
Monday-Friday - 7:00 am - 6:30pm.
Saturday/Sunday - 9:00 am to 5:00pm.
Hours may vary throughout the year. However, feel free to contact us at anytime of the day and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We answer emails after hours.

Should I run my sprinkler system the day you come out to mow?
Please try not to run your sprinkler system the same day we come out to service your property. The sprinkler system should run during the early morning hours, if you do water your lawn via a sprinkler system.
How can I get an estimate?
Estimates are free. The easiest way is to go to the "Contact Us" page and fill out the form or email us directly at [email protected] We will contact you within 24 hours, usually much faster than that, to inform you when we will be out to estimate the costs of our service for your property. Estimates will be sent via email in order for you to have a copy of the breakdown of the costs. We can also call you to inform you of the price breakdown for each service that you inquired about.
